    Accessibility Statement.

    Last Updated: September 4, 2026

    Our Commitment

RaggDoll Motorsports is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to make our website usable for all visitors, regardless of ability or technology.

    Conformance Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and more user-friendly for everyone.

    Measures We Take

    • Semantic HTML structure with proper headings and landmarks
    • Keyboard navigation support across interactive elements
    • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
    • Accessible labels on form fields, buttons, and icon-only controls
    • Sufficient color contrast on body copy and interactive elements
    • Responsive layouts that scale across screen sizes and zoom levels
    • Compatibility testing with modern screen readers and assistive tech
    • Ongoing audits as new pages and features are released

    Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content on the site may not yet be fully accessible. This can happen when third-party content (embedded videos, social media widgets, payment processors) is outside of our direct control. We work to identify and remediate these limitations on an ongoing basis.

    Third-Party Content

Portions of our checkout, payment processing, and shipping experience are powered by Shopify and other third-party services. These providers maintain their own accessibility practices, and we work to select partners who share our commitment to accessibility.

    Report an Accessibility Issue

We welcome your feedback. If you encounter accessibility barriers on RaggDoll Motorsports, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

When reporting an issue, please include the page URL, a brief description of the problem, the browser and assistive technology you were using, and any steps to reproduce.

    Formal Complaints

We are committed to resolving accessibility concerns directly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a formal complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
